You should not feel harassed ! you are free to speak your mind but you seem to be a bit techy today ! I love Race face cranks but im not a fan of the stems they produce.This doesnt mean i get all arsey about the rest of the product range. they look like ok grips to me smell or no smell it doesnt look like we are paying extra for the smell so its not a con just a little extra from them. for 8 quid im sure there a spot on grip ! lets take life a little LESS seriously !

i know! They hand built in quebec and im sure they are subsidised or something by the goverment so they can get the price down. Im sure i was told that ages ago when i was looking at them. nice bikes and not many about !

Those settings sound like they are in the ball park.

For the rune I personally like max bottom out resistance and may run slightly more sag, but it is all personal preferance, so try playing around with options to get the feel you want. Everyone rides with a different style, and rides different trails, so what suits one person may not suit another person of the same weight, so is hard to give you accurate settings.
